Project Overview

A comprehensive project to systematically remove invasive duckweed from the Athi River, restoring water flow and aquatic ecosystems while sourcing raw materials for F-DUPA. This project serves as our primary sourcing mechanism for F-DUPA Concentrate production.

Objectives

  • Harvest 3 tons of duckweed daily from critical river choke points
  • Engage 50 local youth and women in the harvesting process
  • Monitor water quality improvements (BOD and oxygen levels)
  • Establish a scalable logistical pipeline for same-day processing
